We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.
No CDL License required
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, such as a cargo van or step van, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Load packages onto the delivery vehicle and deliver them to their designated destinations.
This involves accurately locating addresses, navigating efficiently, and organizing packages for optimal delivery efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a friendly and professional attitude.
Interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Load and unload packages, ensuring they are securely handled to prevent damage.
Utilize scanning technology and electronic devices to track and record delivery information.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Report any mechanical issues or damage promptly.
Work Schedule:
4 Days/week including Satrudays Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Lift up to 150 pounds with hand trunk/forklift or physically lift up to 50 Lbs boxes.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with GPS devices and mapping applications.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with valid driving license can also apply.
