Pay Grade Salary grade 4, 6, 9, or 11 $55,900 - $107,300 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The base salary range represents the starting and expected pay for this position.
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

(other hours as needed) This is an on-site position in Collegedale, TN with up to three days per week remote work available (depending on business need).
Job Summary This is an opportunity to work within our Marketing Research department on a team of Analysts, Pricing Specialists and Consumer Insights personnel dedicated to bringing the voice of the consumer into the organization.
Responsible for providing analysis to support data driven decision making including pricing, advertising spend, target demographics, target markets, advertising creative and messaging, etc.
Responsibilities will include:
Work with the Little Debbie, Sunbelt Bakery, and Drake's Brand Teams to identify research needs and manage research projects to answer key business questions.
Use multiple sources of syndicated data to identify opportunities and report on demographic, economic, and snacking trends Develop and present work based on research and analysis they have conducted and insights discovered to all levels of the organization Manage relationship with outside data firms Identify new and relevant applications for existing data Work closely with members of the Marketing Insights and Analytics team to learn and develop best practices for identifying and reporting on key performance indicators, campaign measurement process, competitive performance tracker, etc.
Engage in work relating to pricing and pricing market analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field and one (1) or more years of experience in a data analytics position or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of experience = 1 year of education) Experience with consumer panel data and/or shopper data (I.
e.
Nielsen, Numerator, etc.
) Experience with Tableau or other data tools Advanced knowledge of analytical tools and practices using Microsoft Excel (I.
e.
advanced formulas, statistical tools, pivot tables, etc.
) or similar tool Ability to effectively and creatively analyze and synthesize data and learning into actionable insights and solutions/recommendations, including those outside of original scope Experience formally presenting data and insights to stakeholders at all levels of an organization Superior verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal relationship building and customer service skills Ability to view a situation from all angles and cast a vision of a desired future-state High level of initiative and drive - ability to prioritize a variety of projects and tasks to create focus and to consistently meet and exceed goals Strong organizational skills -ability to get things done and to organize people, activities, and processes to be effective and create efficiencies Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in Market Research, Data Analytics, Consumer Insights, etc.
Three (3) or more years of experience in a data analytics position.
Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies as well as an understanding of the industry resources relevant to pricing, new product development, packaging research, etc.
Working knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods industries and the processes, practices, trends, and technology that impact them Functional understanding of statistical methods and their implementation within a business context Working knowledge of insights research including consumer survey research methodologies, data tabulation, and crosstab multivariate analysis Experience in pricing and pricing analysis Benefits Competitive pay scale 401(k) with matching contributions Health insurance, including prescription drug plan Dental insurance Vision care plan Life insurance Paid time off (for vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
